Del Rey’s vintage vixen makeup look, created by Los Angeles–based celebrity makeup artist Etienne Ortega, is the stuff of dreams. The look combines smoky taupe eye shadow, an ultra-dewy complexion, pouty mauve lips, and a splash of peach on the cheeks.
