The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Priscilla Rainey Says She’s Only Collected $500k On $7 Million Judgment Due To Rapper Allegedly Using Phony Companies To Dodge Payments

Priscilla Rainey is still trying to get The Game to run her those coins!

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Priscilla Rainey, the woman who previously filed a sexual assault lawsuit against rapper The Game, has only obtained half a million of the whopping $7 million he owes her.

If you didn’t know, Priscilla Rainey brought the $10-million-dollar case against The Game in 2015, alleging that there was an instance when ‘The Documentary’ lyricist profusely violated her physically. Apparently, the incident took place while Rainey served as a contestant on Game’s VH1 dating show, ‘She’s Got Game,’ after she claimed to have been blindsided into an off-camera date with the Compton native.

Court documents showed Rainey recalling a “highly intoxicated” Game forcing himself on her on “several occasions” throughout their evening, which (allegedly) included reaching his hand up her dress to caress her vagina and buttocks.

Ultimately, although Game has continued to maintain his innocence, Rainey won a $7,130,100 judgment against him in 2016. Following the failure of retrieving her total lump sum from Game and a declined motion for a new trial, in 2020, Rainey was (reportedly) granted ownership of his independent label Prolific Records and royalties from his album, ‘Born 2 Rap.’

However, Game’s manager, Wack 100, later took to his Instagram and said,

“Last time I checked Wack 100 owned all royalties to ‘Born 2 Rap.’ And I don’t owe the b*tch a dime.”

Clearly, Rainey hasn’t been having the easiest time getting Game to cut that check, and he’s made it known in interviews that he has no plans to.

In 2021, Game found himself in even more legal action brought by Rainey, who motioned to seize the profits from him and Wack 100’s said-to-be “shell companies,” which are comprised of JTT Holdings, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC.

The former reality star cited that Game has been fraudulently juggling his finances and asset rights between the businesses and his management.

Rainey’s attorney wrote in the filings of her latest motion,

“To date, after years of multi-state litigation to discover and executive on [The Game’s] assets, Rainey has collected approximately $500,000.00 on the $7,130,100.00 Judgment, which is exclusive of interest and costs.”

They added:

“[Wack 100] and [The Game] conspired together to transfer and conceal [The Game’s] assets by transferring them amond themselves and shell companies under their control. No one need guess about [The Game’s] and [Wack 100’s] intent to not pay the Judgment owed by [The Game] to Rainey, as they have made it abundantly clear in various social media posts that they never intend to pay a dime to Rainer on her judgment.”

At the beginning of 2023, Rainey was also seen going after Universal Music Group on behalf of Game’s pending debt.

A trial is scheduled for December.
