Shemar Moore and his girlfriend, Jesiree Dizon, celebrated a significant milestone as their daughter, Frankie, turned one year old on Wednesday.
Taking to Instagram, Moore expressed his heartfelt birthday wishes alongside sweet photos of the birthday girl.
He wrote, “Our lil Baby Girl is a whole ONE today… Daddy Loves his lil Frankie.”
In the pictures captured by her mom, Frankie was dressed in a pink tutu, standing beside a large silver balloon shaped like the number one. One particularly memorable shot captured Frankie playfully feeding her dad some of her birthday cake.
Jesiree also shared photos from the shoot, joyfully expressing, “This little light of ours…. Shine, baby, shine. You are everything we never knew we needed…. And just the cutest 1-year-old bug I ever did see. You truly complete us! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SQUISH!!!! We [love] you beyond the moon and stars.”
Frankie Moore was born on January 24, 2023, making Shemar Moore a first-time father at the age of 53. The actor shared the news of Frankie’s arrival on Instagram with a photo of himself cradling his newborn.
He captioned the post, “FRANKIE MOORE!!!! BABY GIRL in da building!!!” “Born January 24… at 3:38pm…. 7.1 Pounds… 20 inches…. 10 fingers n 10 toes… Already THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!! I’m a Girl Daddy!!!!”
Shemar previously revealed that fatherhood was not something he thought was in the cards for him, especially at his age.
“I was worried for a while that it was a ‘that ship has sailed’ kind of thing but God had my back, and things lined up. It’s going to be the best part of… My life is already pretty grand, but I know whenever God does call my name, once I get this experience, I’ll be able to go to heaven whole,” he said during an appearance on the Jennifer Hudson show.
