Reportedly, the estate of famed artist Donald Judd, known for his sculptures and uniquely designed pieces, alleges that Kim Kardashian falsely promoted some of the furniture in her SKKN office as Judd originals. They cited a video the entrepreneur shared back in 2022 where she made the claims while giving a tour of her workplace. Specifically, Kardashian boasted that a table and set of chairs she owned were crafted by the famous artist himself.

They claim the furniture actually came from the reality star’s go-to design company, Clements Design, who are also defendants in the lawsuit. Reportedly, Judd’s estate is seeking a court order to mandate that Kardashian remove her video, which they say has tarnished Judd’s reputation and legacy. They are also reportedly seeking profits from Clements Design.
