Kenya Moore and Marc Daly Battled Over “Parenting Plan” & Child Support Payments Prior To Finally Settling Their 3 Year Divorce
Looks like Kenya Moore and Marc Daly have finally come to an amicable resolution regarding their divorce.
Reportedly, the reality stars are officially finished with the legalities of the separation after agreeing on issues involving their child.
As we’ve previously covered, the “RHOA” alum have been enthralled in an ongoing divorce since they called it quits back in 2021. Kenya Moore and Marc Daly were married since 2017 and welcomed their daughter Brooklyn the year after. According to Moore, the two didn’t have a prenup going into the union, causing years of litigations that prevented them from a quick and easy break-up. However, it seems the two were finally able to agree on a settlement that works for them both.
According to Radar Online, the ex couple both agreed that Moore would have primary physical custody and that they would share joint legal custody. This will reportedly allow Daly to have a say-so in important matters regarding the child’s life. Their differences apparently came after Moore requested child support. Reportedly, Daly argued in response to the request that he’s only bringing in an income of $5,000 monthly versus Moore allegedly cashing in $50,000 monthly. He reportedly proposed a child support addendum that would require him to give his ex wife only $521 monthly in regular child support.
Additionally, Daly reportedly included a parenting plan in the filing which states that each parent would be responsible for all expenses while Brooklyn is in their care. It also would prevent either from excessively interfering with their allotted time with phone calls and texts. The document reportedly read:
“Each party will be responsible for his/her own costs and expenses associated with their parenting time including, but not limited to, travel expenses, except in the event Father elects to exercise his parenting time in his State of residence, in which case Father shall be responsible for the costs of the child’s flight(s) to and from Father’s State of residence for Father’s parenting time.”
Adding:
“Texting and calls shall not unreasonably interfere with the other parent’s parenting time.”
While it’s unclear whether or not Moore agreed to every part of Daly’s suggestions, it seems it wasn’t much more negotiating before they agreed enough to settle the divorce. Speaking on the conclusion of the lengthy separation, Moore reportedly said in a statement:
“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce…I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most. I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn.”

Making it clear she hasn’t given up on love, she reportedly added:
“As a hopeless romantic, I still believe my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all.”
