Gabourey Sidibe is pregnant! The Precious star is expecting twins with husband Brandon Frankel.
Sidibe announced the exciting news on Instagram, posting a series of photos showcasing her growing baby bump. In one photo, the actress could be seen posing in a vibrant pink dress as Brandon sweetly cradled her waist.
Another snap showed the couple could be seen picking out baby items while shopping at a Babylist store in Beverly Hills.
“I’m pregnant! We thought it was time to give our cats some responsibility so we’re giving them each a baby to take care of! Double the babies,double the cats, double the fun!! Twin Delivery coming soon!Twinty Twinty Four!!”
Gabourey Sidibe secretly wed talent manager Frankel in March 2021. During a 2022 appearance on Live With Kelly And Ryan, Sidibe revealed the news as she explained how much she hates weddings.
“The thing about weddings is I don’t like them,” she revealed. “Here’s an example of how much I don’t like them—I’m actually married. We got married over a year ago.”
Following Gabourey’s announcement, Brandon took to Instagram with a touching post celebrating their union. Sharing pictures from their special day, he expressed his gratitude for finding his “forever person” and thanked Gabourey for being his partner-in-crime and the love of his life.
“SURPRISE!” he wrote in the caption. “I can finally call her my WIFE publicly! Since @gabby3shabby finally spilled the beans today on Live with Kelly and Ryan- we’ve been MARRIED since March ’21! Relieved we can finally tell the world. So thankful to have found my forever person, my partner-in-crime, and the love of my life.”
He added, “Every day is the best day with you. Nobody I would rather raise cats with and be in bed by a smooth 8pm with. Love you forever.”
