Diddy Accused Of Gang Raping 17-Year-Old In New Lawsuit, Images Show Teen Sitting On Media Mogul’s Lap The Night Of The Alleged Incident

Another day, another sexual assault lawsuit Diddy is facing.

According to new reports, Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was hit with a fourth sexual assault lawsuit today (Dec. 6). The suit also names Harve Pierre, Daddy’s House Recordings, and Bad Boy Entertainment as defendants.

The 14-page complaint, which reportedly has “trigger warning” in bright-red letters on its front page, alleges that Diddy, his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man, “gang raped” a then-17-year-old inside a recording studio in Manhattan in 2003. Allegedly, the girl was sex-trafficked across state lines and given “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” before the incident took place.

Reportedly, the plaintiff, who is going by the pseudonym Jane Doe, claims two decades ago she was out with some friends in the Detroit area when she was approached by Harve Pierre. Reportedly, he told the minor that his longtime friend Diddy – whom he first met years prior at Howard University – would be interested in meeting her. Pierre then allegedly called the “I Need A Girl” artist on the phone to convince Jane Doe to come and see him in New York by way of his private plane.

Allegedly, once the teenaged girl arrived at the studio she was fed a “copious” amount of intoxicants as Diddy, his friend Pierre, and the third man hit on her “incessantly” and groped her body. The suit filing allegedly includes images of the teen sitting on Diddy’s lap at Daddy’s House Recordings studio from the night of the incident

Reportedly, the men got Jane Doe so inebriated that everything around her began to “blur.” However, despite her inability to consent to anything, the suit claims Diddy led the teen to a bathroom, removed her skirt and underwear, and penetrated her from behind with his penis while she “hung over the sink.”

The legal document continues,

“Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her.”

Allegedly, when Jane Doe regained consciousness she looked in the mirror and saw the unidentified man was raping her from behind as Diddy watched from a chair outside the bathroom. Despite her cries for him to stop, he continued to assault her, according to the suit, then moved out of the way so Pierre could take a turn raping her.

Jane Doe says Pierre subjected her to “nonconsensual vaginal sex” and then finished by “violently forcing her to give him oral sex.”

After the attack, the suit alleges,

“When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain.”

The teen was allegedly flown back to the Detroit area after she “regained her bearings” enough to walk with some assistance. It’s important to note that Jane Doe’s attorney is Douglas H. Wigdor, who is the same legal professional who successfully represented Cassie, full name Casandra Ventura, in her lawsuit against her ex, Diddy. As you may recall, she accused Diddy of subjecting her to many awful things – including sex trafficking, physical abuse, and rape – throughout their decade-long relationship. Diddy denied her claims but settled one day after the lawsuit was filed.

He’s also denied the claims from his most recent accuser. In a statement he said,

“Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

According to Wigdor, Diddy and his associates,

“preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped.”

Jane Doe’s lawsuit was brought under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which is legislation that created a two-year “lookback” window for civil claims that previously fell outside the statute of limitations. The New York City measure applies to claims of gender-motivated violence inside the city’s five boroughs and expires on March 1, 2025.
